Sally bravely agreed to be my real estate agent. My house had “promise,” but needed a great deal of work. I was advised by several friends to sell it “as is,” and at first Sally was willing to explore that idea with me. I also wanted to leave furniture, etc. in the house in order to stage it. Sally thought that houses looked better and larger with everything moved out, but went along with the staging idea for awhile. She did advise me, at the very minimum, to have it painted. I agreed but was still overwhelmed since there was much to sort, give away, discard and move. I worked and worked and months passed. Sally remained patient. I made a few more repairs and one thing led to another, and to make a long story short, I had made so many improvements that the house was essentially move-in condition. After, of course, having cleared everything out. (Sally of course, had been correct about that.) I took great pride in my yard, which I hade cared for and gardened for years, and we staged that with a patio set and a few extra planters. Sally was very hands-on especially then, suggesting a red umbrella on the patio table, which made everything look sharp. (And she even pruned some bushes!). She patiently walked me through the showing/selling process, which in the end went very smoothly. The house sold in three days with nine offers, all many thousands of dollars above asking price. I couldn’t have done this without her! The best!

Sally went above and beyond her realtor duties to help my family find a home. We had just moved to CT in June 2019, and she was our guide to finding the perfect location. Sally kept the importance of our children first to find the right school district where they would feel at home. Even after finding the right place for us, she would call and check in to make sure we were settling in. Sally is caring, kind, and so patient. We had some snags along the way, and she worked so hard to make sure we got our perfect place. Thank you Sally!!!
